Mentorship Program

In partnerships with private and public institutions in Brazil, GIMLA gives support to a career mentorship program. Students from the University of St. Gallen are encouraged to apply, either to enrich their ongoing exchange experiences in Latin America, or for the sole purpose of pursuing a mentored internship. Mentors provide interesting work assignments and more personalized feedback and skill building. Students and companies interested in our mentorship program, please contact us at gimla@unisg.ch. We jointly seek for solutions to accommodate partners’ specific needs and maximize the learning experience of the student. As a general rule, the mentorship program offers an internship or junior level position, granting regular feedback and access to senior staff who provide more individual coaching to the intern.
