HSG Alumni Club – Brazil Chapter Brazil is an emerging economy filled with possibilities, but also challenges It is "not for beginners", as the famous Brazilian musician Tom Jobin once remarked. The tension between these two poles has been an important driver behind the creation (on Feb. 19th, 2008) and success of this Alumni Club: to offer a platform where knowledge workers with a similar cultural and educational background can feed off each other's brains about business and well-being in Brazil. With the support of the St.Gallen Institute for Management in Latin America, the Club promotes happy-hours, fireside talks ("Kamingespräche") with executives, entrepreneurs, and diplomats; joint events with the HSG Hub Latin America and last but not least certain Swiss events (such as Aug. 1st). HSG Alumni who are visiting Brazil, as well as exchange students and interns in Brazil are very welcome to join our events or contact us if they need any help with their dealings in Brazil. For more information on our activities, please contact the HSG Alumni Club – Brazil Chapter president.
